Hey everyone, I’m planning to buy an apartment in a new building in Dubai. I’m looking for a modern, well-designed place with great amenities like a gym, pool, and maybe even a concierge service. I want something in a good location, preferably close to public transport and shopping areas. Can anyone recommend where I should start looking and what I should consider before making a decision?
